Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details immediately after successful payment.
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available at extra cost — contact us to arrange.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping charge of ₹150.
We ship via Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart and India Post depending on your location for the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at any time using our Order Tracking page.
Delays can sometimes occur due to courier issues or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days, please contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging. Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned.
Email us at hello@vintagejewellery.in with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process within 24 hours.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Yes! We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
We're sorry if this happens! Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Yes! Every piece in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Jaipur using traditional techniques passed down through generations.
We use gold-plated brass, silver, kundan stones, meenakari enamel, semi-precious stones and traditional lac work. Material details are listed on each product page.
With proper care, our jewellery maintains its beauty for years. Avoid contact with water, perfumes and chemicals. Store in the provided pouch or box when not wearing.
Yes! We accept custom orders for bridal sets and special occasions. Contact us at least 3–4 weeks in advance for custom pieces.

Store each piece separately in the provided pouch or an airtight box. Keep away from direct sunlight, humidity and chemicals.
No — please remove all jewellery before bathing, swimming or washing hands. Water and soap can damage the finish and stones.
Gently wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing. For deeper cleaning, use a soft brush with mild soapy water, rinse quickly and dry thoroughly. Avoid soaking.
All plated jewellery will eventually show wear with heavy use. To extend the life of the plating, avoid contact with perfume, sweat and water. Store properly when not in use.
No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your address and view order history.
